NIAGARA FALLS — NEWFANE — A 3-month-old cat that was dropped off on Gow Road has been found to have rabies. A report from the Niagara County Department of Health on Friday said the gray cat — a Himalayan or Siamese breed — was dropped off at 7347 Gow Road and might be one of a litter of cats.
